Legoland Malaysia : Fast Facts
Legoland Theme Park Malaysia is the sixth theme park of its kind in the world. The other five could be found in Denmark, Britain, California, Florida and Germany.
Legoland Malaysia, the first Legoland in Asia, was built at an estimated cost of RM720 million.
Located in Nusajaya Johor it was opened to the public on September 15, 2012. But then the public was allowed access to the park much earlier to allow them a glimpse of the park and to book annual passes.
The park is a hit with Singaporeans looking for an experiene different from the Universal Studios theme parkback home.
Boasting 15,000 Lego models constructed with around 50 million Lego bricks, the main areas of the Legoland Theme Park comprises the Miniland, Lego Technic, Lego Kingdom, Imagination, Lego City and Land of Adventure.

If you have a soft spot for LEGO® toys head to The Big Shop where you could find the largest selection in Asia.
Miniland
This is where prominent landmarks from Asia are featured. More than 30 million LEGO bricks have been used to construct such landmarks as Taj Mahal.
